Pilates and Yoga Teacher, Reiki Healer
My mission is to help you live your best life, no matter where you are right now, through breathing practices, mindful movement, meditation, and Reiki. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2015. I recently added mat pilates to my certifications and am happy to offer this wonderful core-strengthening practice alongside yoga. I love being able to offer a variety of practices to meet your needs!
A balance between healthy movement and mental stillness is key to your overall sense of well-being. Stillness and rest are challenging practices in our culture, but they are necessary. I build opportunities for both into all of my classes and hope you can achieve (at least) momentary peace therein. This helps build a reservoir of peace that we can access off the mat.
As a Reiki healer, I create a safe space for healing and release of that which no longer serves you. Reiki allows me to tap into the flow of Divine healing energy and share it with you. Curious? Check out my blog here and feel free to reach out with questions!
